Position Purpose
We’re looking for a Technical Leader to own and lead our Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms in a regulated banking environment. This person will be the hands‑on technical expert who designs, builds, and governs Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and MuleSoft integration solutions that support sales, service, and operations.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to make sure our implementations and integrations are secure, scalable, and reliable, while also mentoring internal teams and setting technical standards.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead initial implementation of Salesforce and MuleSoft (Integrations, API and Intelligent Document Processing) platform working closely with third party integration partner. Ensure platform strategy, architecture. quality releases and production stability holding accountable for delivery and SLAs.
  • Act as a senior technical advisor, partnering with business and IT leaders to deliver business value. Maintain, administer and implement enhancements post initial launch in a steady state mode.
  • Ensure platforms meet security, regulatory and audit requirements, including access controls and data protection.
  • Drive operational excellence, including support models, monitoring, and continuous improvement to reduce incidents focusing on automation, DevOps maturity, performance, and scalability.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership. Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or complex Sales/Service Cloud environments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MuleSoft with integrations including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for document ingestion, extraction and workflow automation.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Salesforce security and data models
  • MuleSoft API design and integration patterns
  • REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, XML
  • Experience working in regulated or financial services environments
  • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management for Salesforce and MuleSoft

Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, etc.)
  • MuleSoft Certifications (Developer or Integration Architect)

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 annually. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description. 
  • Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
  • We are hiring in: MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, NC, SC, FL, IN, IL. Candidates in other locations will receive the pay range tied to their specific area
