📍 London | 🏢 Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

Customer Experience (CX) 🚀 The Customer Experience (CX) Team is the face of Capital on Tap’s product offering. We’re a fun and enthusiastic team focused on building elegant and accessible mobile and web platforms for our customers. As a CX Engineer, you’ll get to work across a diverse tech stack from the UI, all the way down to the service and data layer.

What You’ll Be Doing 🗃️

  • Build robust and scalable mobile solutions using predominantly Flutter technologies.
  • Own the full SDLC from the first line of code to production and monitoring.
  • Identify bottlenecks and utilize technologies like AI to create efficiency gains.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, QAs, and fellow Software Engineers.
  • Build bulletproof unit and integration tests to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Bridge the gap between tech speak and business goals to ensure alignment.

We’re Looking For 🔎

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart mobile development.
  • Experience building and deploying applications for both Android and iOS.
  • Native mobile development experience in either Kotlin or Swift (ideally both).
  • Strong testing practices, including both Unit and Integration testing.
  • Proven experience working within Agile development environments.
  • A proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player mindset.

Interview Process 🤝

Stage 1: 30-minute intro, CV review, and values with Talent Partner. 

Stage 2: 45-minute “Tech Chat” with Team Manager. 

Stage 3: 90-minute Code Pairing + 30-minute Values Interview.
