💳 Capital on Tap started because small businesses were underserved. Big banks were slow, their products weren't fit for purpose, and small business owners often couldn't access what they needed. We set out to fix that.

Today we're a financial platform - not just a credit card company. We offer a best-in-class business credit card, SME-focused spend management platform, a savings product that hit £1 billion in funds within its first year, and a growing suite of tools and financial products that make running a small business easier. 

1,000+ employees, £20bn in annual card spend, 200,000+ customers, 17,000+ Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.7 stars, and we're profitable. We’ve done a pretty good job so far, but we’re just getting started! 

The Programme

We’re looking for up to 5 graduates to join Capital on Tap in September 2026!

You won’t be working on theoretical side projects. Over this 18-month programme, you’ll complete three six-month rotations across our either our core analytical (risk, growth, fraud) or operational (BizOps, Funding, FinCrime, FP&A) teams. 

Working on real projects, solving real problems, and impacting real customers. You'll be based in our London (Moorgate) office 3-4 days a week working with a wide range of stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • 2025 or 2026 Graduate: Maths, Economics, Computer Science, Physics (or similar).
  • Curious Problem Solver: Figure out how things work, find the problems, and fix them.
  • Self-Starter: You take ownership, keep it simple, and don’t wait to be told what to do.

Interview Process

  1. Application Deadline: Wednesday 24th June
  2. Online Assessment: Short 20-minute assessment
  3. Video Call: Video call with a Talent Partner
  4. Assessment Day: In Person Assessment Day at our London office (mid-late July)
  5. Start Date: Monday 7th September 2026
