Job Description:
The HR & Administration Manager will work closely with the Manila team and the global HR department to support the operations center. The role includes assisting with talent acquisition, facilitating performance management, shaping and reinforcing a positive company culture, and coordinating training while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This position reports to the Global Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist with talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with Philippine regulations
- Coordinate, support, and oversee the training programs and cultural integration for new hires and onboarding groups
- Work with managers to support employee engagement, performance management, and development initiatives
- Help shape and reinforce the company’s culture by collaborating on initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
- Partner with global HR to align regional HR activities with global strategies
- Manage regional office administration
- Assist or manage other HR special projects and duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree from accredited top institution
- 8-12 years of HR experience in a fast-moving, high-growth firm, preferably in a BPO, RPO, expert network, or sales environment
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and training
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
- Highly motivated individual driven by success and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to support US EST time zone and possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities adapting to rapidly changing priorities

- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Onsite required 3 days a week in Makati. Note: 5 days on-site will be required during your training period.
