Capvision is currently looking for an exceptional Manager, Talent Acquisition, to assist with our continued rapid expansion into the Americas and APAC regions.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition in the New York City office to identify, qualify, and build meaningful relationships with talent around the world and in the USA. This person will join a growing team with endless potential for growth both globally and locally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and evolving hiring needs
- Partner with department heads and senior leaders to deeply understand hiring priorities and role requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across roles and levels, from sourcing to offer
- Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and metrics for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Mentor and manage junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source candidates through various channels, including social platforms, networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Optimize use of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to track and report key recruiting metrics
- Measure and improve candidate funnel performance, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
- Champion the company’s employer brand through online and offline channels
- Represent the company at recruiting events and with external partners (e.g., universities, agencies)
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Who You Are:
- 6–8 years of full-time recruiting experience, including both agency and in-house environments
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
- Demonstrated success in both high-volume hiring and specialized/niche recruiting
- Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Experience creating or improving recruitment workflows, processes, and systems
- Skilled in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using advanced techniques (e.g., Boolean, competitive mapping)
- Familiarity with Greenhouse (or similar ATS); strong command of recruiting metrics and data analysis
- Experience in managing a team of high-performing recruiters
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a high level of professionalism
- Comfortable working US based hours and in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience with campus or new grad recruiting is a plus
