We’re currently looking for a results-oriented, motivated individual who will join our Partnership  team to work with other Account Managers and Sr. Vice President of Business Development to achieve division goals through projects relating to the growth of existing and new resellers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with external partners to build current and new relationships on the right products and features to drive their business.  

This is a full-time exempt position. The position is location-neutral remote, with opportunities to get together as a company and team throughout the year.

What You’ll be Responsible for:

  • Relationship Building & Business Growth 
  • Manage and develop strategies to increase revenue from existing and new clients through upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to resell our product offering Lead training webinars for top named and existing resellers
  • Solution selling- Understand customer pain points and present tailored software solutions that address their needs.
  • Own and manage project plans for clients for any new implementations or major product introductions
  • Lead training webinars for top named or existing resellers
  • Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to product usage, technical support, merchant onboarding & general account satisfaction
  • Travel with Account Managers and Sr. Vice President of Business Development for onsite client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
  • Build and maintain senior management relationships within the key partners and customer relationships.
  • Maintain customer relationship management systems
  • Collaborate cross functionally to identify customer trends and feature requests

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years account management in merchant acquiring and payments industry
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue from existing and new clients through upselling and cross-selling
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to balance multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional oral and written communication skills to Sr Leadership and executives at Partner resellers
  • Ability to influence internal and external decision makers to get results
  • Experience communicating with external clients and internal teams to assure all commitments and deliverables at met
  • Ability to develop a high level of technical product understanding of our solutions

Our signature product, SwipeSimple, is used by 125,000+ small businesses across the country. SwipeSimple is a software solution that enables small businesses to accept payments seamlessly via phone, tablet or computer. SwipeSimple is sold through a partner network comprising financial institutions, merchant service providers, and independent sales organizations. The solution is also sold directly by CardFlight through SwipeSimple Connect.

The annual On-Track-Earnings (OTE) for this role is $170,000 - $250,000, consisting of a base pay range for this role of $130,000-$180,000, $30,000 - $50,000 commission annually, and annual target bonus of $10,000 - $20,000. There is an opportunity to earn more than OTE based on exceeding goals. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance.
