Position: Warehouse Worker

Job Purpose:

To support daily operations by receiving, organizing, and distributing HVAC equipment and materials. The Warehouse Worker ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and efficient warehouse, and provides reliable support to installation and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of HVAC equipment and materials

  • Verify accuracy of deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders

  • Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in the warehouse

  • Prepare and stage parts and equipment for technicians and installation teams

  • Assist with tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (training provided)

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day

  • Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems a plus)

  • Must have Service Titan experience 
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Must be 24 years or older

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
