About The Job
 
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive leader to oversee the day-to-day management of our remote cardiac monitoring operations. In this critical role, you’ll drive scheduling, training, recruitment, and performance optimization, all while ensuring we deliver high-quality care and maintain regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, support clinical staff, and occasionally assist in patient monitoring efforts—making a direct impact on patient outcomes. This position reports to the Director of Virtual Care Management and offers a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of innovation and care delivery.
 
What you'll do:
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage schedules for remote cardiac monitoring operations, ensuring seamless coverage and adherence to protocols.
  • Training: Develop and conduct training programs for staff, focusing on cardiac monitoring procedures, technology utilization, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Recruiting: Support recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and onboard qualified personnel with expertise in cardiac monitoring and related fields.
  • Internal Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including performance monitoring, process improvement initiatives, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Assisting in Patient Workflow: Actively participate in the workflow of EKG monitoring for patients when needed, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation while maintaining patient care standards.
  • Workflow Optimization: Work closely with department heads and team members to develop and implement optimized workflows that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall performance.
What you'll need:
  • Hold a Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations management, preferably in the EKG Monitoring industry.
  • Holds a degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cardiac monitoring technologies and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.

Work Location: 

  • Remote: Texas or Colorado (preferred), Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania.

Work Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
Full-time base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
