How This Role Makes a Difference
Care Access is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Clinical Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of physicians in key therapeutic areas. Your primary focus will be to recruit physicians who can support our clinical research studies as Investigators as well as Doctor Referral to refer patients to participate in studies. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to expand our local physician database, increase the number of practices working with us, and ensure high-quality customer service.
How You'll Make An Impact
- In this role, you will play an important role in ensuring high medical standards at Przychodnia Care Access Warszawa
- You will participate in building strong relationships with the network of investigators (Principal Investigators and Sub Investigators)
- You will work closely with colleagues from other functions, including Clinical Operations, Site Staff, and the Physician and Site Alliance team to recruit patients to various clinical studies
- You will identify opportunities that result in the expansion of the local physician’s database which will increase the number of practices working with us to achieve our study targets
- You will identify opportunities to expand our access to patients and achieve Care Access study targets, by agreeing to promote Care Access studies and prepare events for recruiting studies
- You will build a network of Ambassadors/Key Opinion Leaders in our key therapeutic areas who would help identify potential patients for recruiting studies
- Identify and attend conferences, exhibitions and other marketing opportunities to promote Care Access and develop opportunities to expand our access to patients
- Present and discuss the services and benefits that Care Access can provide across your region with confidence, knowledge and authority
- Maintain and update local GP Practice database and present information to demonstrate ongoing cleansing and accurate data
- Handle patient information in accordance with Good Clinical Practice
- Comply with all regulatory and in-house standard and corporate operational requirements
- Keep up to date with local and national healthcare news, issues and guidance
- You will cooperate with study vendors of various services necessary for the proper functioning of the site (e.g.endoscopy, ultrasound, X-ray, MRI, ..., etc.)
- You will participate in required trainings both internal and external
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
The Expertise Required

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with physicians, coworkers, management, patients, and vendors

- Strong computer skills with demonstrated abilities using clinical trials database, MS word and excel
- Ability to balance tasks with competing priorities

- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- High level of self-motivation, energy and possess a high degree of urgency.

- Must have a sales mentality
- Bachelor’s Degree requiredor equivalent experience
- 2+ years proven experience in a sales-related environment, ideally from within the healthcare sector
- Strong organizational and planning skills to maintain a busy and diverse work schedule
- Fluent Polish and good command of English
- Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well within a high-paced pressurized environment
- The ability to use your initiative to deliver a great customer experience
- Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to develop and nurture relationships
- Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
How We Work Together
- Location: Work is in the field - Warsaw and surroundings.
- Travel: This role requires travel 80% of the time.
- Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
