How This Role Makes a Difference
How You'll Make An Impact
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements, including NDAs, event agreements, statements of work, and vendor services agreements, using approved contracts playbooks
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, Global Expansion and Business Development teams on contract interpretation, guidance and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of contracts and assist with lifecycle management
- Handle contract amendments, extensions and terminations as needed
- Support legal operations initiatives as assigned
- Assist with training sessions and guidance for internal stakeholders on contract processes and CLM usage
- Support special projects and other legal tasks as assigned by the Contracts team leadership
The Expertise Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 4 years of contract experience, including knowledge of contract principles and procedures
- Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Certifications, Education, and Experience:
- BA/BS degree required

Physical Requirements
- This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment and requires the ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.
Travel Requirements
- This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
