Engagement Director
The Engagement Director is responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of CareBridge’s virtual care center. The Director is responsible for managing the team, executing and driving strategic priorities, and ensuring the department hits key performance targets. The Director reports directly to the Vice-President of Engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of the 24/7 call center
- Provide leadership and employee development directly through observations, calibrations, 1x1s, and performance evaluations
- Own workforce management, attendance, and reporting
- Monitor, strategize, and execute alongside leadership to meet performance metrics
- Track team performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to address issues
- Deliver positive and constructive feedback to individual team members, as needed
- Identify, document, and mitigate member concerns and escalate to leadership, as directed
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
- Proven experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience in employee evaluations, corrective counseling, motivational techniques, and employee development
Qualifications:
- Understanding of healthcare/value-based care
- Demonstrable competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, and Excel)
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal leadership abilities
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
