Position Overview:

We are searching for a Patient Concierge and Social Media Manager to join our team. They are eager to understand our patient’s needs and will strive for excellence in customer service. They find creative ways to build value in our brand by enriching our patient’s experience and sharing our value on social media. They are well versed in all social media platforms and work diligently to generate new leads and business. They want to work for a rapidly growing and evolving company and be a part of a talented team.

• Monday-Friday schedule 

Position Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Office Manager
• Owns the practice schedule - check patients in/out, schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Manage practice cleanliness, supply levels, and other daily operations
• Ensure there is always opportunity in the schedule for same day consultations and new clients
• Deliver a warm and friendly welcome to our patients and help to ensure they have the best guest experience we can deliver
• Work as an integral part of a cohesive team, ensuring the most seamless flow in operations each day
• Maintain organization in the practice and keep detailed patient records
• Represent the CARE brand, mission, and culture on all social media platforms
• Any other administrative-related tasks required for business operations

Position Requirements: 

• Self-motivated, team player with excellent trouble-shooting capabilities and the ability to identify and solve problems 
• 3-5+ years of Patient Concierge/Customer Service experience, preferably in the dental field
• Open Dental experience preferred
• Bilingual: English/Spanish, a plus
• Social Media Management experience required
• Available to work Monday-Friday
• Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements
