About the role

We are looking for a Rockstar Talent Acquisition Intern to be located at our Cairo Office, who will meet the evolving staffing needs of a high growth company.. 

What you'll do

  • Manage a high volume of complex scheduling requests using Greenhouse ATS
  • Enter and maintain integrity of data in recruiting systems
  • Provide a top-notch candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Anticipate the needs and timing for Recruiters based on historical recruiting lifecycle data and ongoing communication from Recruiters; proactively suggest strategies/solutions  
  • Assist with coordination and planning for various programs

  • You love Recruiting and helping to deliver a great hiring process
  • You love partnering across teams and want an opportunity to ensure prioritization and delivery of a great hiring experience
  • You are organized and detail oriented
  • You can work effectively with internal partners and candidates, possesses great communication skills, and has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and still remain detail oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email, etc.)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adjust with changing business needs
