Operations Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the daily execution of logistics and delivery operations. This role is critical to ensuring that operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a high degree of captain & customer satisfaction. You will act as a central point of contact for delivery captains, managing their needs, resolving issues, and working closely with internal teams to enhance service performance and optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Captain Onboarding

Conduct captain training, onboarding, and manage rostering schedules.
Captain Relations and Operations

Serve as the direct point of contact for all captain-related matters, including inquiries, issues, and feedback.

Address captain inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions.

Oversee live operations, monitor captain shifts, and operational adherence.

Collaborate with the performance team to maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compliance and Regulations

Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Flexible availability to work based on operational needs.

Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written) – Arabic is a plus.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and similar software tools.
