Warehouse Inventory Lead

About the role:
We are hiring a Warehouse Inventory Lead to drive inventory accuracy in a fast-paced, q-commerce fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team managing frequent stock movements, ensuring minimal discrepancies between physical and system inventory in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
- Own and lead end-to-end inventory control in a high-volume e-commerce warehouse
- Manage and coach a team executing daily cycle counts, investigations, and stock reconciliations
- Minimize physical vs. system mismatches through real-time tracking, robust controls, and root cause resolution
- Analyze trends in stock discrepancies and implement corrective/preventive measures
- Collaborate with inbound, picking, packing, and outbound teams to proactively manage stock integrity
- Implement and improve inventory processes that can scale with operational growth
- Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor inventory KPIs, stock health, and shrinkage
- Support internal and external audits with clear traceability and documentation
What you'll need:
- 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse inventory management within a high-SKU, high-turnover environment
- Deep understanding of q-commerce fulfillment operations and their impact on inventory flow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on WMS expertise
- Proficiency in SQL & Excel. Python, PowerBI is added advantage
- Track record of driving accuracy improvement and reducing inventory loss at scale
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational setting
