About the team

The Revenue Operations team within Careem Food plays a critical role in driving commercial excellence across our restaurant vertical. We are focused on scaling food operations by delivering deep insights, data-driven strategies, and process automation to support our Sales and Account Management (AM) teams. By bridging data, operations, and commercial goals, our team ensures our restaurant partners and GMs have the tools and insights they need to grow efficiently.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Revenue Operations to join our Food vertical in Dubai. This is a pivotal role tasked with building and scaling the analytics and reporting infrastructure that fuels commercial growth. You will be the go-to expert in translating monetization and operational goals into actionable insights, working closely with our Food Sales and AM orgs, GMs, and leadership. 

What you'll do

  • Design and build automated dashboards and reporting systems to track key food-specific operational and commercial metrics weekly (e.g., restaurant menu hygiene, promo performance, cuisine gaps)

  • Partner with Food Sales, AM, and GM teams to translate growth and monetization goals into measurable, data-driven actions

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects to improve restaurant onboarding, sales adherence, pricing optimization, and promo strategy

  • Build tools and insights that improve decision-making around new market entry, category launches, and restaurant partner strategy

  • Analyze food vertical performance trends and deliver insights that inform pricing, assortment, and experience enhancements

  • Manage end-to-end case study process used in the interview panel for evaluating data and commercial skills

  • Mentor and manage a small team of analysts, ensuring alignment with food commercial goals

What you'll need

  • 8-10 years of total experience, including 3–5 years in revenue operations, food tech analytics, sales strategy, or commercial operations

  • Strong analytical fluency with deep experience in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

  • Proven success in turning complex data into strategic commercial tools in food, e-commerce

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, ops, and product teams to drive food vertical performance

  • High ownership and a bias for action; comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders

  • Domain expertise in food tech or restaurant platforms highly preferred
