As a Systems Analyst, you’ll directly lead complex design, development and implementations of our enterprise software. This involves:
- Leading complex projects with clients, utilizing high levels of communication and strong expectation setting
- Leading internal resources to design and build high quality software solutions
- Working closely with clients to build strong relationships and deeply understand their requirements
- Working with software development teams to design and build solutions matching requirements
- Creatively balance client’s stated needs with capabilities of our Cloud native SaaS platform
The ideal candidate is hard working and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities at once, while communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams. You will receive notable responsibility quickly and have the ability to move up in a fast growing organization.
The role requires someone who can juggle complex client demands, navigae the nuances between product changes and customizations, and lead efforts to deliver exceptional solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate client requirements into actionable development stories.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and internal teams, including executives.
- Innovation Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, client-focused attitude
- Ability to Zag!: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, balancing multiple, often competing, demands and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: 50,000–60,000 USD per year, commensurate with education and experience
