Account Executive, School Partnerships
DESCRIPTION:

We are experiencing rapid growth and expanding nationally, with a clear and growing need for our services in public charter schools.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for winning new school partners and expanding into new territory.
WHAT YOU DO EACH DAY:
- You will create and execute sales plans, set, and achieve sales goals, and secure new school partnerships.
- You will lead the full sales conversation and negotiation, from prospecting through to the transition of new clients to the operations team.
- You will develop excellent relationships with customers where you are credible and trusted.
- You will develop and execute strategies for new territory expansion in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- You will develop sales forecasts and collect, evaluate, and provide market, customer, and competitor intelligence.
- You will prepare proposals and respond to RFPs.
- You will travel as needed, approximately 25%
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Base salary: $80,000 - 90,000
- Uncapped commission with estimated OTE of $40,000 – $60,000+

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Sales Expertise & Strategy
- 5+ years of experience in education sales, including 3+ years focused on enterprise or multi-site partnerships
- A deep understanding of the charter school landscape, K–12 education trends, and key decision-maker profiles
- Demonstrated success in closing large, strategic deals and consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Executive presence and confidence to lead complex sales cycles and high-stakes negotiations

- A strong sense of accountability and ownership for your pipeline, goals, and territory
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and stay focused in a fast-paced, environment

- Experience building rapport with school leaders and understanding their unique needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to craft compelling narratives
