Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Process, Efficiency & Optimization Champion to drive operational excellence across our organization. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, streamline work, and industrialize operations across Peak Energy in Asia Pacific. As the business continues to grow and expand across both Utility Scale and Distributed Generation segments, this position will be pivotal in selecting and deploying critical business systems (ERP, CRM, procurement, finance, and HR tools) to ensure their seamless integration. Additionally, the role will involve establishing structured processes for investment approvals and governance, ensuring clear communication and reporting to relevant stakeholder. The candidate will also explore and implement AI-driven solutions to further optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization & Workflow Improvement • Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. 

• Develop and implement standardized processes to enhance operational efficiency. • Work closely with teams to embed best practices and ensure adoption of optimized workflows.

2. Systems Implementation & Integration

• Support the selection, deployment, and integration of key business systems (ERP, CRM, procurement, finance, HR, etc.).

• Ensure that systems align with business needs and improve cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop training materials and support change management initiatives to drive adoption across the region.

3. Investment Approvals & Governance Processes

• Design and implement a structured process for complex investment approvals that involve different internal functions (technical, commercial and finance).

• Define clear governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Establish communication and reporting structures for shareholders and key stakeholders.

 4. AI & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, data analysis and decision-making.

• Evaluate and deploy AI tools that support automation, analytics, and process optimization.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in business process automation. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in process optimization, business transformation, or operational excellence roles.

• Demonstrated familiarity with a range of enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, finance, procurement, HR systems).

• Experience in designing governance frameworks and approval processes. • Knowledge of latest AI-driven process automation and emerging technologies.

•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Knowledge of development cycles in power projects, especially renewables is preferred, as it will facilitate a quicker understanding of the role, but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Why Join Us?
