Job Description – Program Manager (PMO) Execution & Reporting (Regional)

 Role Overview

 The Program Manager will support the regional Project Management team by driving project execution planning and ensuring consistent reporting across the portfolio. Acting as a key PMO representative, this role will implement governance frameworks, maintain project management standards, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The position reports directly to the Regional Head of Project Delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. PMO Governance & Standards
  • Serve as the regional PMO focal point to enforce project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and guidelines for project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and reporting standards across all projects.

 

  1. Portfolio Oversight & Reporting
  • Consolidate project data to produce executive-level portfolio reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor KPIs, risks, and performance metrics across multiple projects.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

 

  1. Project Planning & Execution Support
  • Collaborate with project teams to create detailed execution plans.
  • Track progress and ensure alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards

 

  1. Project Management Tools
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of the company’s selected project management tool.
  • Maintain and optimize tool functionality; provide training and support to project teams

 

  1. Financial & Resource Management
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • Generate periodic financial and performance reports for management review.

 

  1. Multi-Project Coordination
  • Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects in different regions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery

 

  1. International Exposure & Travel
  • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of international project environments, standards, and practices.
  • Willing to travel occasionally to different countries for project implementation, coordination, and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PMO functions, project/program planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects as well as smaller, fast-track Energy solutions, balancing both aspects of the PEAK business model.
  • Hands-on experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, ASANA and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience in Energy/Solar/BESS projects.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-related certifications (preferred).
