Career TEAM is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our North Bay area team. This full-time, 100% onsite role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional passionate about program excellence and continuous improvement. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our programs by supporting quality assurance processes, data accuracy, and compliance measures. As a behind-the-scenes champion for our customers, this individual will work closely with the project team to support program development, identify areas for improvement, and uphold service excellence standards.

Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success:
- Oversee all data tracking activities and train staff to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Career Advisors maintain accurate and complete case records and documentation in alignment with program standards.
- Conduct internal monitoring, audits, and second-level reviews of participant files, case notes, and program reports.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on WIOA policy and program compliance at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Collaborate with the corporate fiscal team and funders to support accurate and timely program invoicing.
- Provide timely updates, corrections, and documentation for all program-related activities and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and address compliance issues in coordination with the fund source compliance coordinator.
- Ensure accurate entry of services, documentation, and case notes into CalJOBS and all applicable systems.
- Partner with leadership to support participant exit processes and proper data transition from digital records to physical files.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with funders to support alignment and successful program delivery.
- Complete invoice corrections in a timely and accurate manner as needed.
- Assist in compiling and submitting compliance reports and performance data.
- Enter program expenditures and support overall data accuracy across program functions.
- Provide administrative and operational support to teams as needed.

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce development, case management, or related services accompanied by a relevant professional certification
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with sharp attention to detail
- Strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain trust-based relationships
- Skilled in coaching, active listening, and providing constructive feedback
- Multilingual proficiency is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems or databases
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate forms, reports, and documentation
- Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/yr
Travel: Position may require local travel up to 30% of the time
