Director of Public Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving partnership development with workforce development and human services agencies to develop programming and software solutions that address the evolving needs of participants in achieving self-sufficiency while meeting program objectives for state and local agencies. Our cutting-edge approach to service delivery and case management software provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in public sector partnerships by introducing solutions that improve the effectiveness of social impact programs and participant outcomes for the communities we serve. This position will be fully remote.

Your Impact On Career TEAM’s Success:
- Conduct policy research to identify opportunities to improve program delivery and enhance Career Edge software solutions
- Develop relationships with state agencies, workforce boards, non-profits and other stakeholders that support human services and workforce-related programming
- Identify and lead response efforts to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) where Career Team can make a meaningful contribution to state and local agency program requests
- Collaborate with the Career Team executive team, direct services staff, and product management to ensure program requirements are defined and long-term partnerships are established
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that will inform our service delivery and software offerings
- Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset
- Other duties and projects as needed
The Ideal Qualifications Include:
- Four plus years of experience working with federal and state agency social impact programs
- History of creative, persistent, and effective service delivery and solution development
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a passion for connecting with people virtually, over the phone, and face-to-face
- Possession of a growth mindset, self-starter, and a positive attitude with a keen interest in learning and building a career in public works
- Goal-oriented, high-energy contributor with a sense of urgency - goes the extra mile to deliver results
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
Travel: Position requires a willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Salary: $80,000-$115,000 Salary based on experience plus uncapped commission
