Partner Success Manager, Technical Implementation
About CareerVillage.org
CareerVillage.org is a fast-scaling nonprofit at the intersection of education, equity, and technology. We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality career guidance. That’s why we’ve built Coach, an AI-powered career navigation tool designed to help learners and job-seekers reach their full potential.
We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to serve as an effective, efficient point of contact for our partners on technical implementations, including the widget, embed, and API versions of Coach. You’ll support partners on their journey to launch Coach on their platforms, refine processes for our technical implementations, and scale the Coach partner count. You’ll design the system that enables our growth to be repeatable, efficient, and data-informed. With your involvement, we’d like to accelerate access to career-readiness tools for all.

- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and other systems to ensure data integrity and visibility across teams.
2. Operational Effectiveness and Systems Management
- Execute and refine processes to ensure partner success work is consistent, scalable, and efficient.
- Use Salesforce and other systems to track partner progress, outcomes, and team activities.
- Support the development and documentation of workflows, guides, and best practices.
- Help streamline tasks and remove bottlenecks that slow down partner or internal operations.
- Monitor key metrics and assist in producing reports to track progress against goals.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Data, Product, and Community teams to ensure partners receive the proper support at each stage.
- Surface partner needs, technical issues, and opportunities to the Product team to guide improvements and roadmap planning.
- Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution.

- Partners receive timely, valuable resources that anticipate their needs.
- Collaboration across teams is aligned and transparent.
- You're known for being reliable, solution-oriented, and student-centered.
