About the Opportunity: We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized events marketing manager to lead Carefeed’s event strategy. You’ll plan and execute events—trade shows, conferences, and webinars—that create memorable brand experiences, generate leads, and support our sales goals.
This role is ideal for someone who loves managing all the moving parts of event marketing, from the creative design of a booth to detailed logistical planning. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless pre- and post-event follow-up and bring a data-driven approach to measuring event performance. Your ability to think creatively while being detail-oriented will ensure Carefeed continues to stand out and make an impact at every event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute memorable events
- Manage all aspects of Carefeed’s event presence, from booth design to logistics and vendor coordination
- Oversee the event calendar, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales priorities
- Handle all event details, including registration, shipping, and on-site logistics
- Work closely with sales for success
- Partner with sales to define pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up strategies
- Provide sales materials like messaging, decks, and follow-up emails
- Track and report on leads, collaborating with sales to nurture opportunities
- Create engaging experiences
- Design booth concepts that stand out and drive attendee engagement
- Develop creative ideas to attract attendees, like giveaways or interactive activities
- Seek speaking opportunities for our SMEs at events and help deliver a meaningful presentation
- Measure results
- Track event performance metrics (leads, ROI) and recommend improvements
- Ensure events stay within budget while maximizing impact
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to plan and execute events, from conferences to webinars, that drive measurable results
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Creativity to design unique booth experiences and engagement strategies
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience tracking and optimizing event performance metrics
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with sales teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot and virtual event tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology

Work Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, OH
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% annually for in-person events and conferences
