About the Opportunity: The Growth Architect plays a pivotal role in driving client expansion, solution increase, and collaboration with Client Experience on strategic product adoption initiatives and development of data-driven insights. This role sits at the intersection of client experience and sales, data analytics, and growth strategy, ensuring that every Carefeed community not only adopts but fully maximizes the platform’s potential. 

You’ll identify opportunities for client growth and expansion, lead initiatives that drive adoption and feature utilization, and develop data frameworks that power quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and client health reporting. 

This role is ideal for an individual with deep experience in the senior living industry, who understands the unique responsibilities and challenges across key roles within the sector. The ideal candidate brings a blend of sales acumen and client experience expertise—someone who can translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results. A data-driven and strategic thinker, this person will develop scalable solutions that enhance client outcomes, strengthen relationships, and support organizational growth. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Expansion & Growth Strategy 
    • Identify and execute opportunities for client expansions, upsells, and renewals, leveraging usage insights and client feedback. 
    • Partner with Client Experience Specialists to develop strategies that increase product adoption and revenue growth within existing accounts. 
    • Design scalable frameworks for tracking, forecasting, and communicating client growth metrics. 
  • Product Adoption & Implementation 
    • Develop and lead product adoption strategies that drive engagement and usage across Carefeed’s platform, including the sale and adoption of our Employee Chat App. 
    • Partner with Product and Client Experience teams to refine onboarding and rollout strategies that encourage early adoption of enhanced features to current products. 
  • Data Development & Insights 
    • Create and maintain client health reporting dashboards to proactively monitor satisfaction, usage, and risk indicators. 
    • Build QBR data frameworks and visualizations to communicate client value, performance, and opportunities for deeper adoption. 
  • Client Partnership & Retention 
    • Serve as a strategic partner to Client Experience Specialists, in aligning client operational goals with Carefeed's solutions. 
    • Facilitate success reviews and discussions focused on measurable outcomes, adoption health, and ROI. 
    • Contribute to a proactive client engagement model that drives satisfaction, retention, and advocacy. 

Required Skills:  

  • Strategic and Analytical Thinker: Able to translate data insights into actionable growth plans. 
  • Collaborative Practitioner: Works cross-functionally to align teams around client growth and success goals. 
  • Healthcare and SaaS Experience: Deep understanding of client lifecycle management within healthcare or technology environments. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field 
  • 4+ years of experience in client success, growth strategy, or customer analytics (SaaS preferred)

Work Location: U.S. Remote
