
Sales Support Specialist (Loan Processor) - Denver, CO (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role
In this role, you will…
- Be the primary driver of customer loan document completion, supporting customers through contract signing, Power of Attorney (POA) completion and stipulation collection.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions via phone, SMS, and email.
- Oversee Loan Advisor (LA) requests regarding contract signing.
- Be the customer’s primary point of contact post-sale until all loan documents are signed, escalating loan or product issues to the appropriate Loan Advisor as needed.
- Explain all POA documents and set up appropriate steps for completion.
- Be responsible for validating customer information to ensure the accuracy of the loan application.
This role can be based out of our Caribou office in Denver, CO or remote/hybrid within the greater Denver area.
Hours
This role will primarily work an 8 hour shift within business hours which are currently 6AM - 9PM (MT), Monday through Friday (hours of operation subject to change). In addition, you may be required to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) every four weeks, during the hours of 8AM to 5PM (MT). In exchange, you will receive a flexible weekday off to make up for working the weekend shift.
About You
The ideal candidate has…
- 1+ years of experience in a high volume, customer facing role (bonus points for prior loan processing or adjacent financial operations experience!)
- High computer literacy skills, and the capacity to quickly adapt to multiple software programs, including Google Workspace, Slack, & others, as well as leverage resources to answer questions
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills to achieve daily production goals
- Ability to work effectively from a quiet remote home office, ensuring the privacy and security of sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, essential for articulating stipulation requirements to customer-facing teams to positively impact the customer and lender experience.
