Job Description: Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior account management staff and support teams. Guide the team in developing and implementing effective account strategies and plans. Implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and improve service delivery to clients. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines. Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement. Collaborate with senior account managers to align team efforts with broader account objectives. Handle day-to-day client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Assist in the preparation and analysis of client reports and presentations. Promote a collaborative team environment, encouraging sharing of ideas and best practices. Stay informed of industry trends and developments, applying insights to team operations. Contribute to the evaluation and optimization of team processes and workflows.
