Job Description: Independently set priorities for the team and coordinate work activities with other supervisory roles to ensure task completion. Lead and manage creative teams, setting clear objectives and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective creative solutions. Develop and oversee the implementation of creative strategies that align with client briefs and business objectives. Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation. Act as a key liaison between the creative department and other business units, ensuring alignment and integration of creative strategies. Evaluate creative processes and workflows, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Guided by department policies and resource requirements, manages the creative team's performance, ensuring that projects contribute positively to the company's objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities to team members. Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant innovations into creative strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with creative deliverables. Provides subject matter guidance to Junior associates promoting professional growth and excellence within the department. Mentor junior managers and team members, promoting professional growth and excellence within the department.
