About the Role

We are seeking a curious, data-driven digital analytics professional with deep experience in Adobe Analytics who is passionate about understanding site performance and consumer behavior.

This role will support key clients by delivering thoughtful, accurate insights, helping design and analyze tests, and partnering across teams to optimize site experiences. You will play a critical role in translating data into meaningful recommendations while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical analytics expertise and marketing understanding, with the ability to confidently navigate questions, uncover insights, and communicate findings clearly. This role also includes mentorship of junior team members and opportunities to help strengthen broader analytics capabilities.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day analytics for clients, serving as a trusted expert in Adobe Analytics
  • Analyze site behavior, conversion flows, and campaign performance to proactively uncover insights and optimization opportunities
  • Respond to ongoing client and internal questions with clear, accurate, and timely analysis
  • Leverage analytics tools to map and evaluate customer journeys, identifying key opportunities and areas for optimization
  • Partner with Account, Media, and Production teams to connect performance data to marketing activity
  • Develop clear, compelling reporting and client-ready presentations, including executive-level summaries
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform marketing and site strategy
  • Support and advise on test design, execution, and post-test analysis
  • Help define KPIs and success metrics aligned to client goals
  • Contribute to measurement planning, tagging considerations, and experimentation frameworks
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping ensure to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables
  • Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization

 

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, marketing performance, and consumer behavior
  • Deep hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace, segments, calculated metrics, classification, marketing channels, debugging…etc.), with the ability to confidently explore data and validate findings
  • Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to different audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Strong storytelling skills with experience building client-ready decks and presentations
  • Interest in mentoring and developing junior team members

 

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital, marketing, or commerce analytics
  • Advanced hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics
  • Experience working in a marketing or media environment
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, and site performance metrics
  • Strong pattern recognition and problem solving ability

Preferred:

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Exposure to tagging and implementation (GTM, Adobe Launch, or similar)
  • Familiarity with site architecture, data layers, or tracking frameworks
  • Experience supporting or designing A/B tests
  • Experience working with high-visibility clients

 

The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.

Salary Range: $95,000 - 110,000 annually
