The Role:
Carrot Fertility is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing sales team in a collaborative and dynamic environment. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can work with cross-functional teams, including sales leaders, finance, member operations, and enablement, to drive meaningful change.
- Own and Analyze Sales Data – Track pipeline trends and key performance metrics, delivering insights that help sales leadership make informed decisions. You'll provide weekly and monthly reporting that highlights shifts in performance and revenue opportunities.
- Enhance Forecasting Accuracy – Continuously refine forecasting methods by improving data accuracy, process efficiency, and key assumptions. Your insights will help ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
- Develop and Maintain Dashboards – Build dynamic and user-friendly Salesforce dashboards and reports for the Go-To-Market team, making critical sales data easily accessible and actionable.
- Uncover Growth Opportunities – Conduct win/loss and indecision analysis to refine sales strategies, influence product roadmaps, and identify areas for coaching and process improvement.
- Optimize Sales Team Performance – Analyze sales team strengths and gaps, recommending targeted training and strategies to boost win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
- Support Compensation & Pricing Analysis – Ensure commission accuracy by analyzing sales performance data, managing quota and commission splits in Salesforce, and evaluating commission plan effectiveness. Assist with pricing strategy, deal desk support, and annual pricing reviews to optimize revenue growth.
Success in this role means delivering accurate, insightful data that empowers sales teams to close more deals faster. Your work directly impacts revenue growth, sales efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
The Team:
This role is a part of the broader Sales Optimization and Strategy team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations. This position combines analytics with real strategic influence—you’re not just reporting numbers; you’re shaping the future of sales success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), including building reports, dashboards, and ensuring data integrity.
- Experience with sales analytics and forecasting, including pipeline tracking, performance metrics, and commission reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, finance, and enablement teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the health benefits/digital health space
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or similar platforms.
- Experience with BI analytics tools such as Tableau
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and deal desk operations, including experience supporting non-standard pricing requests.
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $100,000.00 - $115,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from the posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
