Carrot Fertility is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to support our global event strategy and execute high-quality in-person and virtual experiences. In this role, you will help manage the planning, logistics, and production of events that strengthen Carrot’s brand presence, contribute to pipeline generation, and deepen engagement with prospects, clients, and partners.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented planner and proactive problem-solver with a strong campaign mindset — someone who can partner directly with segment AEs and sales leaders to translate goals into event strategies, and who can move between organizing timelines and budgets, managing vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring on-the-ground execution runs smoothly. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, and are passionate about creating experiences that inspire and connect and drive measurable results.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of integrated event campaigns, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, and RevOps to ensure events are well promoted, thoughtfully followed up on, and tied to measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Event planning and execution: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of Carrot’s event programs — including sponsored conferences, trade shows, hosted experiences, and virtual events — from initial brief through post-event wrap-up.
- Logistics and vendor management: Coordinate timelines, budgets, venue and vendor logistics, shipping, and on-site details to ensure events are executed on time and within budget.
- Cross-functional coordination: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, and Customer Success to align on goals, audiences, messaging, and follow-up plans for each event.
- Campaign support: Collaborate with marketing partners to support pre- and post-event campaigns, including invitations, email nurtures, and sales enablement materials.
- On-site support: Serve as a primary point of contact on-site (or virtually), ensuring smooth execution, resolving issues in real time, and representing Carrot’s brand and mission.
- Process and documentation: Maintain event calendars, project plans, run-of-show documents, and checklists to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Measurement and reporting: Manage pre-event registration lists and post-event attendee lists, monitor pre- and post-event outreach and follow up, and report on outcomes.
The Team:
This role sits on our Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Event Marketing Manager. You will partner with the broader Marketing organization, while also collaborating with Commercial and Customer Experience to support external events. You will also manage outside vendors in order to execute high quality, top-performing events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of event or field marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare, HR technology, or benefits.
- Hands-on experience coordinating in-person and virtual events, including logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
- Experience supporting events that drive measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for lead capture and campaign tracking.
- Strong project management skills with excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events or workstreams at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Comfort working with budgets, contracts, and basic reporting to support event ROI measurement.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Passion for healthcare, technology, and mission-driven work.
- Willingness to travel based on the event calendar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with event platforms or tools (e.g., Splash, Cvent, or similar).
- Background in healthcare or benefits.
- Experience with executive programs, customer events, or small-format experiences (e.g., roundtables, dinners).
- Comfort creating or adapting basic event collateral in partnership with design or brand teams.
- Basic understanding of lead scoring models, stages within the marketing and sales funnel, and list data hygiene/scrubbing best practices.
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $88,000- $103,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
