The Team You'll Work With

This role will lead a team of campaign and performance marketers, reporting through the Demand Generation Team.

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across all of Carta’s business units and audience segments
  • Work with the product marketing and customer marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with the product roadmap and meet customer needs.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of campaign marketers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure that initiatives for both Corp and VCPE segments are aligned with product, sales goals, and customer feedback.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, make informed decisions on optimization, and share performance insights with stakeholders
  • Work with Program Managers to allocate resources efficiently and prioritize tasks across different campaigns to maximize impact and achieve optimal delivery timelines.
  • Ensure that Campaign Managers are meeting campaign deadlines and milestones.
  • Work closely with Campaign and Program Managers to track the performance of demand gen campaigns for both Corp and VCPE audiences. This includes monitoring lead quality, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing and Product Marketing to build audience journey maps to inform campaign strategy, content, and messaging.
  • Work with Marketing Operations and Sales Enablement to ensure sellers are aware of and integrated into marketing efforts relevant to their accounts.
  • Leverage ZoomInfo Marketing OS to build ABM programs that scale across priority audiences, leveraging learnings from early pilots. Use A/B testing, customer insights, and marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
  • Track and report on business metrics and KPIs  such as lead generation, churn rate, account growth, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the brand, content and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with Carta’s messaging.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling existing customers to increase revenue and retention, in partnership with Customer Marketing

About You

  • A strategic and analytical thinker who can distill complex marketing concepts and performance insights for an executive audience 
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation and campaign management with at least 4 years experience leading a campaigns or demand gen function
  • Experience architecting complex, multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact to pipeline
  • Proficient in full funnel awareness and demand generation strategies including trigger-based workflows and automated sequences
  • Familiar with Ad networks, Marketing Automation and Attribution tools (Google Ads, Bing, Marketo Measure, Bizible, Salesforce)
  • Expert at navigating and using data visualization tools to craft narratives (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc)
  • Previous experience driving return on ad spend on multi-product, global performance marketing budgets
  • Demonstrated success rolling out methodologies and processes to analyze, report on, and optimize campaign performance
  • Strong understanding of ABM Platforms and DSPs such as ZoomInfo or similar
  • BA required
  • SaaS experience across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments strongly preferred

Salary

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $195,750 - $261,000 in San Francisco, CA. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
