The Problems You'll Solve

  • Build Carta’s brand and the pipeline that comes with it: Own the campaigns that make Carta a known name with PE firms, VC firms and founders across the UK and Europe. You’ll turn a broad product range (cap tables, fund administration, portfolio analytics, SPVs and more) into clear, memorable messaging for each audience, then take it to market through integrated campaigns, product launches and regional plays.
  • Share accountability for pipeline, not just awareness: The European marketing team is measured on inbound leads and qualified opportunities. You’ll plan campaigns with that target in mind and show what each one contributed,
  • Win over cross-functional teams: You’ll work with content, brand, events, web, product and sales, each with their own priorities. Your job is to get them behind one plan through clear thinking and strong relationships, so that every team is pushing the same message to the same audience.
  • Own campaigns from first idea to post-mortem: You’ll set the plan, timeline and budget, deliver on all three, and report honestly on what worked and what didn’t. We want someone who learns from a campaign that underperformed and changes what they do next.
  • Understand what keeps each audience up at night: A PE fund finance lead in Luxembourg, a VC partner raising their second fund and a founder who has just closed a round all worry about different things. You’ll work with our sales team and customers to find out what those worries are, then turn them into campaigns that set Carta apart from the competition.

The Impact You’ll Have

You’ll drive qualified pipeline across the UK and Europe by building Carta’s brand with PE firms, VC firms and founders, and shape how Carta engages the investor ecosystem.
