How you’ll do it:

As a Chattel Closing Specialist, you will work directly with the borrowers and builders in the loan funding process. You will be required to maintain a funding pipeline and should understand the doc drawing/funding process. You will send closing documents, collect and clear conditions, and fund loans.

 

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Perform funding interviews with the borrowers
• Acquire verifications of employment and address verification
• Review and validate signed closing documents
• Maintain regular follow up for doc signatures, conditions, and loans status updates
• Understand all closing documents, workflows and policies
• Accurately status and clear funding conditions
• Adhere to all timing requirements for compliance
• Send closing documents and modified/updated documents
• Communicate clearly, promptly and accurately with accounting for final funding

 

You must be:

• Proficient on the computer and with general Microsoft programs.
• Expert in time management, phone, and multi-tasking.  
• Comfortable working under deadlines.
• Organized and able to track all tasks and important information.

 

What you’ll need to join Cascade:

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in manufactured home loans is preferred
• College education is preferred
• Must be able to multitask and work effectively with high amounts of pressure and expectations
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members to create a positive and cooperative work environment
• Ability to adjust easily to work situations based on team member, group, or business needs.
• Excellent listening, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to our home office in Chandler, AZ up to 4x per year.
