Art Director
CASE is looking for a talented, passionate Art Director with a refined aesthetic to help us craft engaging branding, campaigns, and digital experiences for our clients, primarily in the beauty, lifestyle, and wellness categories. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye and a passion for creating compelling visual narratives that elevate brands and drive impactful campaigns.
As an Art Director at CASE, you will:
- Lead the development of brand identities—including logo systems, color palettes, typography, and graphic systems—that reflect and elevate brand strategy.
- Create and refine cohesive visual systems across a range of brand touchpoints including packaging, digital platforms, social, print, and out-of-home.
- Translate brand identity into compelling creative executions, ensuring consistency, clarity, and aesthetic excellence across all assets.
- Design and present conceptual creative explorations, including moodboards, brand guidelines, and sample applications such as packaging, social, digital, and print collateral.
- Work closely with strategy and brand leads to ensure creative output aligns with client objectives and brand positioning across identity and campaign work.
- Art direct photo and video shoots and oversee post-production—retouching, editing, and vendor collaboration—to ensure all assets align with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Concept and design engaging social content across formats, from static imagery to motion and short-form video.
- Partner with Account and Production teams to deliver assets on time, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals, timelines, and market needs.
- Stay deeply engaged with digital and social trends, ensuring brand visuals and campaign creative feel current, culturally relevant, and optimized for digital platforms.
- Mentor and guide designers, providing feedback and ensuring the creative team’s work maintains a high bar for visual quality and strategic thinking.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in design and art direction, with a focus on branding, campaigns, and visual storytelling for beauty, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and how to create cohesive brand experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Experience in art direction for photo and video shoots, working with both in-house teams and external collaborators.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital assets, and overall design work that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; motion design skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
