Associate Account Manager

Dynamic and highly-organized, you will build relationships with our clients and support other account leads by successfully managing branding, packaging and digital projects for global and emerging brands, primarily in the beauty and lifestyle categories.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will: 

  • Directly manage select accounts or support senior account leads across a range of engagements.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their needs and goals are met at each stage of every project, from kickoff to final hand-off.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ goals and objectives, and collaborate with the creative team in developing effective strategies to achieve them.
  • Serve as liaison between the client and the CASE creative team, including thorough project briefings, accurate scheduling and resource planning, and clear communication throughout the project.
  • Traffic all deliverables, including reviewing concepts/layouts/copy for accuracy and sending to the client for review, and communicating the client’s feedback to the creative team.
  • Support the strategy and discovery phases of each project, gathering audience, brand and category research, as well as category and cultural trends, and extracting insights.
  • Pro-actively manage tasks and timelines to ensure all deliverables are met on-time and within budget.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years account or project management experience in an agency or brand environment
  • Dynamic, positive and solution-oriented with a talent for building relationships
  • Obsessed with the beauty, fashion, and wellness industries, passionate about technology and digital trends, and a desire to always know what’s new and next
  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media, e-commerce and digital marketing best-practices
  • Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Keynote, Figma, spreadsheets and common project management applications
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.

New York Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 USD
