Implementation Manager
Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. Role
In this role, you will be the face of the company, constantly driving the highest levels of client satisfaction through the successful installation of new and existing client accounts. If you’re hyper-competitive, process-driven, and want to bend over backward to make sure our clients are happy, then this is the role for you. Responsibilities
Lead client implementations to deliver success in new and existing customers use of procurement & payment
Manage client relationship upon execution of signed contract through go-live, to ensure contractual commitments and expectations are met.
Manage project execution and performance to ensure that key milestones and financial objectives are achieved.
Consult customers on process improvements and opportunities after providing baseline data and process analysis.
Produce, analyze, and validate customer data to demonstrate outcomes and ensure client engagement throughout the implementation.
Utilize reporting data to determine where efficiencies are needed and identify opportunities at customer sites.
Facilitate issue resolution, training, and support related to the client implementation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of contracted solutions.
Revise best-practices and standard-operating procedures to streamline the implementation process, and add efficiencies where necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree – Business or Healthcare or Engineering preferred.
3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, or related fields leading implementations.
3+ years working in healthcare or supply chain
Start-up experienced preferred.
PMP or Six Sigma certified preferred.
Tech savvy: PM tools (preferably Asana), proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and other relevant tools.
Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver complex integrations with multiple systems.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.

Technical Integration Engineer

Our emergent Bill Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses and surface revenue opportunities.
The Technical Integration Engineer will be a vital member of Casechek’s customer success team and will work directly with customer IT partners to design, build, and support data integrations between their EHR and ERP systems and the Casechek platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, customer-facing technologist who enjoys solving complex problems, writing and supporting JavaScript logic, and delivering scalable, reliable integrations in a SaaS healthcare environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in customer implementations, ensuring data flows are accurate, dependable, and optimized for long-term success. You will leverage tools such as Qvera while collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to bring integrations from concept through go-live and beyond.

Responsibilities
Work with customer IT teams to design and implement integrations from EHR and ERP systems
Build, customize, and maintain integrations using Qvera, including JavaScript-based logic and transformations
Develop and maintain JavaScript code for data parsing, validation, transformation, and routing
Configure and support HL7, flat file, and API-based data feeds
Test integrations end-to-end and validate data accuracy and completeness
Troubleshoot integration failures and data quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams during implementations
Document integration designs, mappings, and customer-specific configurations
Support ongoing enhancements and changes to live customer integrations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in integration engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical role
Proficiency in JavaScript, including writing and maintaining production code
Experience working with integration engines such as Qvera (preferred), Mirth, Rhapsody, or similar
Exposure to healthcare system integrations, including EHRs and HL7 messaging
Experience working directly with customer IT teams in a client-facing environment
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable managing multiple integrations in parallel

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hospital supply chain, perioperative services, finance, and value analysis leadership within enterprise health systems. As an Enterprise Account Manager – Hospital Supply Chain SME, you will leverage deep knowledge of implant workflows, bill-only processes, vendor-managed inventory, and acute care supply chain operations to drive measurable operational and financial outcomes.
You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, but this is not a traditional SaaS relationship role. You must bring industry credibility and subject matter expertise that enables you to engage Directors of Supply Chain, OR leadership, Revenue Cycle stakeholders, and executive leadership in meaningful operational and financial discussions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will require strategic thinking, operational fluency, data analysis, and the ability to translate platform insights into performance improvement initiatives. You should be comfortable navigating hospital systems, ERP integrations, and complex stakeholder environments while collaborating cross-functionally within Casechek to deliver measurable value.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with enterprise-level hospital and health system clients.
Serve as a subject matter expert in hospital implant supply chain matters such as sourcing, contracting, procurement, operations and vendor management.
Act as the primary liaison between Casechek and client supply chain, perioperative, finance, and revenue cycle teams.
Lead operational and executive business reviews focused on measurable outcomes, including cost containment, contract compliance, product sourcing, charge capture optimization, and process standardization.
Analyze client data to identify operational inefficiencies, financial leakage, and revenue opportunities related to implantable devices.
Advise clients on best practices in implant governance, value analysis, vendor accountability, and materials management process improvement.
Collaborate with client EHR and ERP teams (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Lawson- Infor, Workday, Oracle, etc.) to ensure integration alignment and data integrity.
Monitor and analyze account health to proactively identify risks and opportunities for expansion.
Document and manage client activity and insights using internal systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office).
Identify trends across enterprise accounts and provide actionable feedback to Product and Leadership teams.
Proactively address technical, operational, or stakeholder issues that arise.
Lead special projects as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Industry Experience
8+ years of experience in hospital supply chain, healthcare operations, implantable device management, or healthcare technology serving acute care health systems.
Direct experience working in hospital/IDN Supply Chain teams, Perioperative Services, and/or OR Business management.
Strong understanding of bill-only workflows, vendor-supported surgical procedures, and implantable device sourcing, contracting and procurement processes.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility with Directors of Supply Chain, OR leadership, and executive stakeholders within hospital systems.
Working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement dynamics and charge capture processes related to implantable devices.
Account Management & Leadership Competencies
Experience managing enterprise-level accounts in complex stakeholder environments.
Ability to translate operational data into strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.
Strong executive communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive long-term client value.
Tech-savvy: Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and related business systems.
Experience working within hospital enterprise systems, including EHR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and supply chain or ERP systems (e.g., Lawson, Workday, Oracle).
