
Requirements Developer
Join our dynamic team as a Requirements Developer at Case Management Consulting!
This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI poly.
We are seeking an experienced Requirements Developer for the Analysis Office of Counterterrorism. The candidate will provide support to the requirements derivation process, the systems, sites, and data involved in that process, and the individuals within the office, directorate, and agency concerned with that process.
Duties include:
- Be able to work rapidly in a high tempo, high stress environment that often requires multi-tasking.
- Coordinate and collaborate with mission partners and senior internal/external stakeholders to support program implementation and integration
- Develop and maintain performance measures for capabilities and programs
- Manage program cost, schedule, and performance and ensure alignment with broader strategic plans.
- Researching, maintaining, and presenting current and future resource analysis in the form of briefings to all management levels
- Executing operational and program resources requirements
- Prepare reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries relating to the mission, selecting relevant information from various sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, and other offices, etc., under general directions.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the support technicians and other support staff members within the Counterterrorism Office.
- Liaison with the office Technical Executive to identify issues and opportunities within the requirements derivation process.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and demonstrations. Specific products contractor will support:
- Monthly Reports
- Trip Reports if travel is performed.
- Issues memoranda, briefings, papers and documents
- Senior Management Review evaluations and recommendations
- Input for weekly activity reports and weekly staff meetings.
- Project/Concept Plans.
- Meeting minutes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly)
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in International Security or a related field or have at least 8 years of relevant experience in counterterrorism or physical security in place of a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience authoring, coordinating, and maintaining a repository of MOUs, MOAs, SOPs, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area supporting counterterrorism requirements
- Demonstrated experience related to the counterterrorism field, along with certification and use of applicable tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate experience of computer database and developing long-range requirements for database administration and design.
- Experience in preparing activity and progress reports
- Be able to work independently with minimal or no oversight
Desired Qualifications
- Possess at least 11 years of demonstrated experience that support multiple elements of the DoD/Intelligence Community.
- Possess a post-graduate degree in English, National intelligence, History, Image Science, Journalism, Political Science, Engineering, Earth Sciences, or related field
