Instruction Systems Designer

CASE Management Consulting is seeking Instructional Designers to provide the GEOINT Enterprise with high-quality learning solutions that support NGA mandatory training requirements, GEOINT analysis, and workforce professional development.
Duties:
- Provide learning solutions include the design and development of curriculum for courses, workshops, seminars, and performance support tools.
- Provide a collaborative team of learning experts to represent different offices within the NGC that integrate stakeholder learning needs and develop and maintain learning solutions that help promulgate GEOINT doctrine and concepts at campuses.
- Support rapid acquisition of learning solutions from other government agencies through market research and agency collaboration and perform administrative services:
- receipt of training material
- submission of visitor access requests
- classroom preparation
- escort of uncleared visitors
- Provide additional support as related to externally developed curriculum and training events from industry, academia, and government.
Required Qualifications:
- An active TS/SCI clearance or a TS (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
- A bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Technology, or related field from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional) academic institution
- An active Top-Secret clearance
- Experience creating, editing, organizing, and storing digital file formats (e.g. tiff, gif, png, pdf, jpg, svg, html, css).
- Experience managing the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions 5 or more years.
Desired Skills:
- Possesses understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., cognitive, experiential, constructivism), human factors, instructional design, andragogy principles, SAFe Agile, and educational technologies to design effective learning solutions.
- Understands Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Section 508 to incorporate into solution design and ensure compatibility and compliance in development and delivery of learning solutions.
- Possesses strong communications skills and extremely organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing schedules and effectively managing expectations across stakeholder groups.
- Proficient in MS Office, Articulate, and Adobe Suites of tools, and experience with Learning Content Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard)
