
Senior Security Specialist (SMS)
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Security Specialist at Case Management Consulting!
This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
The responsibilities of the Senior Physical and Industrial Security Specialist may include:
- Oversee the roles within the industrial and physical security positions they are assigned.
- Coordinate with and collaborate with the Branch Chiefs.
- Manage the administrative and technical requirements necessary to support mission requirements and the personnel performing duties efficiently.
- Ensure individuals and teams provide timely security support and effort to the Industrial and Physical Security Division’s internal and external taskings, projects, and programs, including Physical, Industrial, and Access Control (Security Management System and Department of Defense Common Access Card).
- Ensure individuals and teams provide timely security support and effort to government personnel when acting on behalf of the Chief of the Industrial and Physical Security Division.
- Keep the Functional Lead abreast of any issues and/or challenges impacting SISI mission requirements.
- Communicate problems and/or challenges to the C/SISI or acting government designee.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- An active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
- Position may require CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 25%.
- Technical knowledge to support functions of a physical or industrial security program
- Experience in generating security metrics/reports
- Experience in working in the physical security or industrial security field
- Task monitoring
Desired:
- Possess the GSA-Authorized Safe and Vault Technician and Inspector
- Training Certification
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
- Physical Security Certification (PSC)
- ASIS Certification (any)
