
Staff Officer
Join our team as a Staff Officer at CASE Management Consulting!
This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
(Contingent Upon Contract Award)
We are identifying qualified candidates to support a potential upcoming contract. This role provides administrative, operational, and staff support to leadership, ensuring efficient office operations and effective coordination across teams.
Your Impactful Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences, VTCs, and office events
- Serve as a suspense/task coordinator (e.g., N-CERTS), tracking and responding to internal and external taskings
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, briefings, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings and governance forums, including agendas, read-aheads, and action tracking
- Support travel coordination using systems such as DTS and MET
- Maintain office records, SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and organizational charts
- Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and workspace coordination
- Support information management activities, including permissions and access control
- Assist in identifying process improvements and developing SOPs and administrative workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field
(or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree) - 7+ years of office management, administrative, or staff support experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a professional environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with government systems such as N-CERTS, MET, or DTS
- Experience managing SharePoint sites and permissions
- Familiarity with DCIPS, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
