Purpose of Position

Casetify is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Sr. Retail Operations Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating retail operational functions of the direct stores in the network and supporting the team, including the store managers in development of the business so as to achieve the preset goals and deliver desired results. He/she is also responsible for planning and executing retail related projects to keep customer retention and loyalty in retail.

Job Description

Extract and consolidate weekly store sales, report and share insight to related parties
Maintain and control the store inventory. Place stock orders
Work closely with HQ retail / business development team, plan and execute new colaborations launched at stores including system setup and inventory management.
Plan general and new opening store system set up.
Cooperate with HQ technical team, supporting technical issues and inquiries from stores.
Monitor the operation status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions to improve the retail operation regularly to the Retail Manager.
Ensure that all operation activities are compliant with the Group Policies & Procedures and with the local legal frame.
Assist the Retail manager to execute ad hoc projects and related administrative work.

Requirement

Fluent in Japanese, business level in English in verbal and written communication skills.
3+ years of relevant experience in Retail Operations (Allocation, merchandising, logistics)
Experience in project management, e-commerce or consumer products is preferred.
Passionate about technology, fashion and lifestyle brands.
Analytical mindset, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable of optimizing the available resources.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes.
