(Assistant) Retail Training Manager

Casetify is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate (Assistant) Retail Training Manager to become a valuable part of our team. The main responsibility of this role will be to build retail capability and drive performance within their Region. Through consistent planning and execution, they ensure all retail employees are trained and developed to deliver the highest standard of retail practices and processes, resulting in exceptional customer experience and strong retail results.

Job Description

  • Partners with Retail Manager/Operations Manager to set learning and performance goals and targets.
  • Leads planning and execution of retail orientation, learning, and development calendar.
  • Creates and manages a dynamic training and personal development plan for store frontline staff.
  • Plans and implements contextualized learning solutions targeting performance opportunities.
  • Executes performance incentive programs and training for store teams to enhance problem-solving skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Tracks operational KPIs for regional markets, evaluates staff efficiency, and identifies opportunities for sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
  • Builds high-performance through consistent training, coaching, feedback, and improvement.
  • Ensure successful implementation & embedding of all retail initiatives and practices.
  • Uses customer insights to audit and evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
  • Drives customer experience excellence, ensuring all team members uphold and demonstrate Casetify’s approach to customer service.
  • Plans and implements initiatives to capitalize on opportunities for improving customer experience.
  • Leads planning & execution of retail orientation, learning & development calendar.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related work experience, including prior leadership in multi-store management and operations.
  • Well-versed in retail operational functions and principles, ranging from KPIs and incentive programs to resource management.
  • Proven track record in devising and implementing processes and programs to enhance sales performance, operational efficiencies, customer service levels, retail marketing, and employee development/engagement across multiple regions.
  • Effective in planning, collaborating, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical, resourceful, collaborative, agile, and results-oriented.
  • Passionate about people, technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin and English.
