Senior Performance Marketing Manager (UK market)

- We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Growth/Performance Marketing lead to drive and optimize our company's digital marketing efforts in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
- As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and analyzing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth for our UK business.
- The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability and effectiveness.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as (and not limited to) SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, EDM, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, support adjustments in overall strategies for bidding, ad creatives, and targeting to ensure optimal results.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage allocated budgets for each marketing channel effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
- Provide budget recommendations based on campaign performance and anticipated outcomes.
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS including day-to-day insights and feedback for the management and optimization ROAS/ROI for Facebook/Instagram ads
- Ideate, test, iterate and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across the paid ad channels
- Review the set up and optimization of ad performance daily and advise the global growth, content and creative teams to maximize our content strategy
- Develop and coordinate AD creative test and support performance ad team on results analysis and creative scaling strategy.
- Collaborate with country marketing teams on developing and executing holistic performance marketing and content strategies
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, YouTube, Tiktok, Linkedin and EDM.
- Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets and prepare analysis and performance report
- Hands on experience working in a fast-paced direct marketing environment
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports
Requirement
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Facebook/Instagram Ad experience with a track record of successfully managing FBAD campaigns to meet aggressive ROI and growth targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and other digital marketing best practices.
- Passion for Tech, Art, Culture, Lifestyle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication or related discipline
- Experience with SQL and Tech skills is a plus
- Experience with Ecomm & Start-ups is a plus
