CASETiFY is looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Sustainability Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following key areas:

1/ Circular Economy Initiatives: Drive our commitment to sustainability through innovative R&D and strategic partnerships.

2/ Supply Chain Risk Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments to effectively manage ESG risks and impacts along our value chain, while optimizing traceability.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both strategy and implementation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact on our sustainability initiatives.

Job Description

Act as a subject matter expert on circular economy practices, providing insights and guidance to enhance our sustainability efforts.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to evaluate the environmental and social impacts of our value chain, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to assess and monitor our environmental and social performance, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data, particular on Scope 3 inventory.
Support the identification and management of sustainability-related risks and opportunities, contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.

Requirement

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management or a related field;
Fluent in English, Chinese, and one additional language is preferred;
5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, supply chain management, or circular economy;
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
Knowledge of sustainability principles, certifications, standards, industry practices, and frameworks is a plus
