Job description:

•Achieve Community OKRs and growth plans in China with team.
•Collaborate with retail and marketing teams to create localized community strategies that drive brand and business goals.
•Guide teams and agencies to deliver impactful local community experiences.
•Execute online and offline community activations and ensure timely event launches.
•Develop and launch social content to boost community awareness via partner and brand channels.
•Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness and foster community engagement.
•Measure the impact of community initiatives through storytelling, partnerships, sentiment, and traffic.
•Build strong relationships within communities and manage private domain operations.
•Expand brand awareness in emerging markets and spark word-of-mouth conversations.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
•Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
•Strong skills in digital media, content creation, and data analysis.
•Excellent communicator with experience in strategic execution and team management.
•Proven success in driving digital initiatives and working with influential brands.
•Flexible, self-driven, and able to travel as needed.
•Existing connections in fashion, lifestyle, or sports communities are a plus.
