Assistant Retail Area Manager
CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Assistant Area Manager to become a valuable part of our team. This role’s primary focus will be to lead and manage the development of retail stores and activations in the Taiwan region, building a highly motivated, success-driven team and productive work environment to support the expansion of CASETiFY’s offline presence. This role is accountable for retail operations, development of retail teams, inventory compliance, visual merchandising, and budgets.
Responsibility:
・Provide leadership and guidance to store managers within the assigned area, promoting a culture of high performance and teamwork.
・Assist the Retail Area Manager in guiding and motivating store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver meaningful results.
・Set performance goals and targets for individual stores, monitoring progress, and providing support to achieve objectives.
・Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
・Monitor and analyze sales performance, operational metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
・Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
・Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
・Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, customer service, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
・Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to store managers and their teams to enhance skills and performance.
・Analyze market demographics, competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
・Ensure proper inventory management across stores, including replenishment, stock rotations, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
・Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and other operational budgets within the area.
・Address escalated customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
・Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, staff, and external partners.
・Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
・Identify opportunities for improvement in product, sales, and team development, and strategically present actionable ideas.
Qualifications:
・Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
・Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
・Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, achieve targets, and optimize store performance.
・Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
・Proficiency in analyzing sales data, financial reports, and operational metrics to make data-driven decisions.
・Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
・Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
・Familiarity with retail software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory management systems.
・Ability to travel within the assigned area to visit stores and attend meetings.
・Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
・Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin and English.
