Job Description

Own Handle Amazon order shipments on a regular basis
Solve logistic issues and communicate with production, fulfilment and warehouse
Manage product listing quality control, assurance, and maintenance
Assist in promotion and listing price set-up
Responsible for after-sales order monitoring

Requirements

Bachelor in e-commerce / operation / business or related disciplines
1+ years of experience in Amazon operation
Solid experience in handling more than 1000+ SKU is preferable
Amazon FBA & AWD fulfilment experience is a plus
Willing to learn, detail-oriented with good reporting and communication skills
Good command in written English and Chinese
