Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is recruiting a talented Senior Influencer Marketing Associate for our Global Influencer Marketing team who will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out
- This role will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of influencer activations. The position reports directly to the Global Influencer Marketing Manager and will work alongside different functional teams to grow CASETiFY through influencer marketing, particularly emphasizing the US market
Job Description
- Help grow CASETiFY profitably and efficiently through US Influencers, particularly on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
- Track and analyze influencer marketing performance, applying a test-and-learn approach to achieve success and extract valuable insights
- Work closely with various functional teams to execute the right influencer marketing strategy for various product lines including Phone Cases, Tech Accessories and Travel category
- Support the marketing team in cultivating brand awareness and loyalty through organic seeding
- Nurture influencer relationships and regularly identify, develop, and maintain new connections within the influencer community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide competitive insights on how other lifestyle brands engage with influencers
Requirement
- 2+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or social media
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
- Comfortable to work in an international environment
- Good understanding of influencers in the US and English speaking countries
- Stay on top of the latest lifestyle trends and be passionate about influencers and social media
- Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
- Open-minded and able to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position
