Senior Business Development Associate (Korean speaker)

Job Description
- Develop launch & growth plans of KR Collaboration and Partnership projects and execution of launch strategies in an agile and flexible manner.
- Seek new business opportunities by identifying trending artists / brands / IP and understanding consumer needs.
- Set up and achieve sales targets and business objective in order to increase KR Collaboration global sales
- Draft & Pitch new business proposals to potential collaboration brands.
- Develop online/offline strategy to build-up CASETiFY community and increase overall engagement in campaigns.
- Communicating on a regular basis with partners for successful orchestration of collaboration campaigns as well as building and maintaining strong and positive relationships.
- Analysing and preparing reports on market trends, brand portfolio, business opportunities, consumer preferences and behaviors.
- Formulating sales strategy by taking into account different sales channels, online-marketing and PR strategy on different platforms.
- Evaluating sales and campaign performance by interpreting client engagement, outcome and revenue.
- Communicating and collaborating with multiple internal / functional teams to achieve common business objectives.
- Communicate with external agencies for asset / design creation.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience & background in project management (e.g. product manager / category manager ) or Key Account Management.
- Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation.
- Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
- Business proficiency in Korean and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented and meticulous.
